Erica Palmer started working in Healthcare as a CNA in 2011 and has been with CCMSD since 2016 from a CNA to RN to DON. She has a bachelor of science in Sociology (2012) and a bachelor of science in Nursing (2018). She enjoys working to enhance the lives of elders and change the perception surrounding nursing homes as well as provide great quality care. Her goals are to further her education with a focus on geriatric and psych/mental health.
