Annual Visits and Physicals
Crook County Medical Services District offers Annual Physicals and Wellness visits to ensure you’re at peak health at all times. New patients may schedule a physical with any of our 7 providers who can then look at your health history to determine what, if any, health risk factors you could be prone to. They will check your vital signs, review current medications, offer cognition/mobility/depression screenings and more. They can also give annual flu shots and other vaccinations upon request.
