They say the best offense is a good defense and when it comes to your health, taking care of yourself on a daily basis goes a long way in preventing illness and ailments in the future. We take a comprehensive approach addressing nutrition, exercise, healthy habits and lifestyle that can all contribute to your overall health and well-being.

During visits, we can discuss personal training goals with our patients and create the best plan of action to develop and maintain exercise regimens and the nutrition needs to achieve your training goals. Personalized recommendations will be provided to ensure that you stay on track with your health journey.

Good nutrition is not only essential to training but is also an essential piece of the health puzzle. It goes beyond what is served on your plate to also include setting achievable goals. Our dietitian can cover topics such as building a healthy plate, portion control, and finding healthier options when eating out as well as addressing any chronic or acute health conditions.  Check your insurance coverage for additional services offered such as Diabetes Education (DSME) and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT). If your insurance does not cover a dietitian visit you can also pay out of pocket.
