Vaccines
Vaccines are available at any of our clinics, Public Health, Walgreens or Walmart in the surrounding area. COVID-19 vaccinations are recommended for every person over the age of 5.

COVID-19 Updates
In light of a recent increase in COVID-19 cases in Crook County and within the Crook County School District, Crook County Medical Services District (CCMSD) and Crook County Public Health would like to outline the procedure we will be following.
Please do not visit at this time if any of the following situations are true:
• Signs or symptoms of COVID-19, influenza, common cold, any other respiratory or
gastrointestinal disease (nausea, diarrhea, fever, cough, shortness of breath etc.)
• You have cared for or been in close contact with anyone who has been sick recently we
• You have had a positive COVID-19 test or has had close contact with someone who has
had a COVID-19 test
If you have an appointment, or have any questions, please contact your local clinic: Sundance Clinic 307-283-2476, Moorcroft Clinic 307-756-3414, Hulett Clinic 307-467-5281. CCMSD clinics are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Outside of these hours please contact the Sundance Hospital at 307-283-3501. The staff can assist you on the protocols for receiving COVID-19 testing.
Masks and Social Distancing
A mask is required at all times when in the building. Everyone must be screened upon arrival at CCMSD. The business office or clinic receptionist will screen all visitors and patients. If it is after hours there will be a self-screening form in the lobby for visitors to sign in and screen themselves.
When to Seek Emergency Care
If you have any of the following symptoms please seek emergency care:
• Difficulty breathing
• Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
• New confusion
• Inability to wake or stay awake
• Bluish lips or face
If you have had a potential exposure to COVID-19, but have no symptoms you can contact Crook County Public Health at 307-283-1142 with any questions or concerns. This will help to ensure that everyone is receiving a consistent message.
