The Crook County Medical Services District (CCMSD) Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 7:00 a.m., at the Old Stoney meeting space. The Board will consider: (1) the actions taken at the August 27, 2026 Board of Trustees meeting and whether to ratify the same, including whether to ratify the non-renewal of Ms. Lyons’ CEO contract, the termination of a provider contract, the decision to enter an agreement with Christina Thomas to serve as Interim CEO, and to remove Ms. Lyons as a signatory on CCMSD bank accounts; (2) a banking resolution regarding signatories at financial institutions of CCMSD; and (3) Grant Agreements Between the Wyoming Department of Health and CCMSD related to Rural Health Transformation Grant funds.
