Having a primary care provider is important for good health. By scheduling an annual physical, patients develop a relationship with their provider. This relationship can help the provider to know a patient’s health history and to determine what is normal or not normal regarding patient health. Our primary care providers give timely and often same-day care. Our clinics also manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Crook County Medical Services District provides primary care through the CCMSD system, which has 3 locations. All locations have a sliding fee schedule and are open to all regardless of ability to pay.
